Movianto Deutschland
Movianto in Germany operates two ISO 9001:2008 certified warehouses located in Kist/Bavaria and Neunkirchen/Saarland respectively. Since 2007 we expanded our site in Neunkirchen as a direct response to our clients' needs. We created a new facility for cold chain products with a total storage capacity for 2,700 pallets, and a new narcotics store room for 500 pallets. At the beginning of 2010 the expansion of our high bay with another 13,900 pallet spaces was finalised. Combined these two sites provide a total storage space for over 35,000 pallets. Taking into account the significant increase in the export business, Movianto is currently investing another 10 million euro to expand the storage and production area by 10,000 square metres.
As both warehouses are located near Frankfurt airport, they provide an excellent location enabling us to act as a European distribution centre for our clients from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industry. Using existing synergies within geographical areas, Movianto Germany and Austria are managed as one region within the Movianto Group.
The highly specialised Movianto team provides innovative logistics and distribution services along the entire supply chain - this includes extensive repackaging and relabelling services, samples and clinical trial handling.
