Movianto is committed to effective quality management at every level within the business. In 2011 the whole Group has reached a new milestone: the implementation of one uniform European Quality Management System (EQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ensuring the same high quality standard in all of our branches.
Our Head of Quality Movianto Group has a direct reporting line to the CEO, while all operations within Movianto have dedicated full-time quality managers and qualified pharmacists liaising directly with our clients. In addition, smooth internal processes on a Group-wide level ensure the needs of our clients are clearly understood and met through good communication, pro-active management and effective monitoring and are documented within SOPs accordingly.
