Movianto signs contract with GlaxoSmithKline in the Czech
Republic
Stuttgart, Germany, 29 April 2008
In future, GlaxoSmithKline, s.r.o. will be relying on Movianto
for its product warehousing and distribution in the Czech
Republic.
As one of the leading European providers of logistics and
distribution services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology
and healthcare industry, Movianto will handle the logistics
for GlaxoSmithKline's complete product range of prescription
products and vaccines in the Czech Republic.
GlaxoSmithKline's warehousing and distribution operation
will be managed from Movianto's new state-of-the-art warehouse
in Brno.
Movianto will store the products under required conditions
being it ambient, cool chain or controlled drug storage.

From the central warehouse location, Movianto will distribute
the products to wholesalers and local health authorities
in the Czech Republic. Aside from the standard services
of warehousing and transportation, Movianto will also provide
also other specialised services for GlaxoSmithKline.
