Movianto has won the exclusive contract for the chilled distribution of IPSEN's products Somatuline® Autogel® and Somatuline® LA in the UK

Movianto, through its UK subsidiary Healthcare Logistics,
has signed a contract for the distribution of the IPSEN
Limited products Somatuline® Autogel® and Somatuline®
LA.
IPSEN is a European pharmaceutical group and specialised
in products for the therapeutic areas of oncology, endocrinology
and neuromuscular disorders.
From October 2006 Healthcare Logistics is responsible for
sales order processing and next day delivery of the chilled
products (+2 °C to +8 °C) to hospitals, GP's and
retail pharmacies throughout the UK.
Simon French, Healthcare Logistics' Director of Business
Development, said: "With our 90-vehicle chilled fleet,
which can deliver to any customer next day, and innovative
systems which check the temperature in transit every ten
minutes, we ensure our client high quality-standards, accuracy
and timeliness."
