Movianto is committed to effective quality management at every
level within the business. As such, each business unit in
all markets fully complies with GDP requirements and has achieved
and maintains ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
All operations within Movianto have dedicated full-time quality
managers and qualified pharmacists liaising directly with
our clients. In addition, smooth internal operations ensure
that the needs of our clients are clearly understood and met
through good communication, pro-active management and effective
monitoring.
Our European Quality Manager reports directly to the Managing
Director, which again demonstrates the importance of quality
within the Movianto organisation.
In order to guarantee continuous improvement across all operations,
we regularly hold Group-wide quality workshops attended by
our quality managers to discuss, agree and implement best
practice within the Group.
While providing and maintaining services to its clients Movianto
therefore ensures that:
- the quality policy is upheld and supported by management
at all levels
- staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified
- staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks and that they are given appropriate authority within the scope of their responsibilities
- sufficient resources are provided to facilitate work
- quality plans are applied in the management of all projects
- all appropriate documentation is maintained, controlled and archived
- periodic audits and reviews of operations, staff and projects are undertaken to ensure that standards are maintained and opportunities for improvements achieved.
